He's NOT A DRY DRUNK... He's the President

Look at that sweater, that SHIRT ! ! it's gotta be weed. please tell me he was busted for weed...Goddamn..!! It's Eric Foreman from that 70's show....!!

You know what a "Randy" is... Every single town in America has one...
Usually found pedaling his older 12 speed with the upturned curled handlebars
down the side of the road with his "Shawn Cassidy" signature model Comb sticking
out of the back pocket of his tan cordouroy trousers while his 70's era polyester shirt
flows unbuttoned behind him while he's truckin' down the road. He's only riding his bike
because his Trans-Am is always in various states of disrepair....
